Firm Overview
Law Offices of Gary Green is a first-class firm with a comprehensive staff and inclusive resources. We have four office locations in Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee, and Texas with a team of 18 attorneys with nearly 150 years of combined legal experience in broad focus areas. In addition to our attorneys, we have a medical nurse on staff to assist both our attorneys and our clients with any health care issues involved in almost any case. It is not just our people that make us a successful law firm, our up-to-date technology, telecommunications, computers, software, and technical support systems keep our offices—and therefore our clients' cases—running up-to-speed and as smooth as possible. Since 2002, we have presented evidence electronically during trials which juries find easier to see and understand. In addition, we have found that electronic presentation of evidence yields results that are more favorable.
We not only care about our clients, but people in need, too. Law Offices of Gary Green is a corporate sponsor of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and the Brain Injury Association (BIA). We do not stop there. We make a donation to MADD and the BIA in recognition of every victim we represent against a drunk driver or a victim who has suffered a brain injury.
We care about our planet and take reasonable steps to minimize the footprint we will leave on earth by going green. Our offices shred and recycle paper, use recycled paper and fluorescent lighting, and do not use disposable kitchenware, such as plastic, Styrofoam, or paper utensils or dishes.
We follow our creed to improve the lives of the people with whom we work and interact, and to help those who need our services find justice, equality, and respect. Our founder and president, Gary Green, has earned an A-V rating in Martindale-Hubbell's Peer Review rating process. This prestigious honor is bestowed upon lawyers who not only have extraordinary legal capability, but also adhere to strict ethics while practicing law. A-V rating is Martindale's highest possible peer review rating. It takes into account the ability and ethics of the lawyer as well as confidential opinions of members of the bar and judiciary.
While we perhaps are known more for our litigation cases, we try to help with almost any legal need a consumer might encounter. If we do not handle a type of case, we will try to help with a referral using our continually developing network of referral attorneys, particularly through membership in the American Association for Justice and the Southern Trial Lawyer's Association.
It probably is easier to describe what we do not do, rather than to describe every kind of case we handle. We do not handle bankruptcy cases. And while we might help with the drafting of a contract, we do not do title or closing work for the transfer of real estate. Finally, although we have one CPA/attorney on staff, we do not hold ourselves out as tax experts. Pretty much on anything else you can call us, because we want to help those who need it.
