Biography:
Thomas Nichols was born in Chitose, Hokkaido, Japan; however, both of his parents are originally from Texarkana, Arkansas, and he and his family moved back to Arkansas permanently in 1992. Since then, Thomas graduated high school from Arkansas High in Texarkana before attending Henderson State University from 2000-2006. Thomas earned his B.A. in History in 2004 and completed the coursework for a Master of Liberal Arts degree in English in 2006. In May, 2009, Thomas graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, where he served as the President of the Student Bar Association. Subsequently, Thomas was admitted to practice in Arkansas in September of 2009.
For the first year following his admission to the bar, Thomas practiced in a small partnership comprised of him and a fellow graduate, during which time they focused their practice primarily on Family Law, Criminal Defense and Commercial Litigation. In late 2010, Thomas worked for the Mike Ross for Congress Committee as the Field Director, traveling the southern half of Arkansas helping direct a successful Congressional Campaign.
Thomas currently focuses his practice in the areas of: Personal Injury, Medical Negligence, Social Security Disability, Class Actions, and Business and Commercial Litigation.
