Probably the most important thing to keep in mind if you are facing a criminal law charge is that you have the right to remain silent and should exercise that right. You should retain counsel as soon as possible!

Our fee for representation in a traffic or municipal court is $1000.00. Our minimum fee for representation in a circuit or district court, inclusive of an appeal to the Court of Appeals or Supreme Court if warranted, is $5,000.00.
